Delivery timeline

Except exception, our products are not in stock. They are made only for you. Delivery times can vary from 6 to 8 weeks for furniture at 10 to 12 weeks for seats (sofas, armchairs). Unless specific request, all components of your order will be delivered at the same time.

Delivery

Delivery and installation are carried out in the room of your choice. Our teams have all the equipment enabling them to install each piece of furniture in the best possible conditions, provided that the configuration of the premises allows it. Transaction security

Online payment is secured by the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption protocol. Your bank details are not kept by Roche Bobois. Some payment methods use 3D Secure / SafeKey security reinforcement.
